Poland overpowered Philippines despite an electric atmosphere at the PhilSports Arena in Metropolitan Manila. The crowd erupted every time the Filipina5 attacked, but once Wojciech Weiss’s charges found their rhythm it was one-way traffic. Aga Bala and Klaudia Kubaszek were both outstanding, while Julia Basta bagged a brace.
