Renata Adamatti was at her breathtaking best as Italy tore Panama apart in their FIFA Futsal World Cup Philippines 2025™ opener. The 32-year-old hit a hat-trick and produced two mercurial assists for Francesca Salvatore’s side. Brenda Bettioli, Sara Boutimah, Rafaela Dal’Maz, Greta Ghilardi and Gaby Vanelli also scored multiple goals.
Italy will now battle Brazil in the most mouth-watering match of the group stage on Wednesday. Seven Italy players were born in Brazil. Panama, meanwhile, will look to rebound against IR Iran.
