Chelsea FC showed off their FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ champions’ badge for the first time in their pre-season victory over Bayer Leverkusen at Stamford Bridge on Friday evening.
The Premier League giants will be allowed to wear the badge for the next four years following their remarkable victory over Paris Saint-Germain in the Club World Cup final at MetLife Stadium in July.
And the Blues showed just why they were able to win the global showpiece after goals from Brazilians Joao Pedro and Estevao secured an impressive friendly victory over Bayer Leverkusen.
New signing Estevao quickly made his mark on the game, pouncing on a rebound inside the box to slot home the first goal for the club in the 18th minute.
In the final moments, it was Joao Pedro’s turn to maintain his impressive scoring record for Chelsea. Having scored three goals in three Club World Cup matches, he found the net to seal the victory.
