Reigning African champions Pyramids FC have unveiled their 26-strong squad for the ongoing FIFA Intercontinental Cup™.
Having seen off Al Ahli in September’s FIFA African-Asian-Pacific Cup, the Egyptian giants now face CR Flamengo in the FIFA Challenger Cup on 13 December in Qatar.
The Brazilian side advanced to the penultimate stage of the Intercontinental Cup with a 2-1 win over Mexico’s Cruz Azul in the FIFA Derby of the Americas on Wednesday.

Krunoslav Jurcic’s squad is spearheaded by Pharoahs stars Ahmed El Shenawy, Mohamed Hamdy, Mohanad Lasheen and Mostafa Fathi, as well as prolific Congo DR marksman Fiston Mayele.
In a boost, forward Marwan Hamdy is available after Egypt’s early elimination from the ongoing FIFA Arab Cup™ while midfielder Walid El Karti is also set to feature despite being part of Morocco’s squad at the Arab Cup.
The winner of the FIFA Challenger Cup will advance to face Paris Saint-Germain in the FIFA Intercontinental Cup final on 17 December.
