Wiegman claims Best Women’s Coach Award for fifth time

Sarina Wiegman has been voted The Best FIFA Women’s Coach for a record-extending fifth time.

She has been recognised after adding yet another major trophy to her glittering career haul. Wiegman led England to UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 glory, with the Lionesses beating reigning world champions Spain on penalties in a dramatic final. With that triumph, Wiegman became the first coach to win three Women’s EURO titles.

The Dutchwoman has previously been honoured with the The Best Women’s Coach Award in 2017, 2020, 2022 and 2023.
